Career Development Programs

In July 2022, we held our first program with students and young professionals and the feedback has really inspired me to impact many more individuals and teams, therefore, our goal for 2023 is to get as many final year/post-graduate animal science students and young professionals through our workshops as possible (Restoring Possibility Program).

At these events, we envisage groups of 10 young animal scientists being enlightened into the career possibilities that lie ahead of them and setting out to inspire their development.

 

These workshops run as a 3-night program in which we immerse them into the Keystone Collection world.

With the industry by our side for these programs, we’re sure to achieve this program’s goal; to create, nourish, and integrate 21st century animal scientists into the agricultural value chain.
